Identity and experience design for Restorefront (“The Brake Room”)—a rest station sponsored by Chick-fil-A to exclusively serve the food delivery workers of New York City. New York’s 65,000 food delivery workers made 120 million stops last year alone. Restorefront is an oasis, a way to convey our appreciation and gratitude for the often overlooked men and women whom we rely on every day. Inspired by NYC, Restorefront is a first-of-its-kind destination allowing food delivery workers to get warm, use the restroom, and grab a cup of coffee in between deliveries—free of charge.
